I love meeting new families in our community, and this sweet little family is absolutely precious- with one more on the way soon! We photographed this session on the grounds of Camp Nathanael on a beautiful Summer day. This cute little man was just a joy. We had such a good time, and I learned a little bit about Spiderman and LegoLand too. ;)
Jessica and Jason were SUCH a joy to work with at their maternity portrait session in Knott County Kentucky! If there were ever a glowing expecting momma, Jessica is it. How stunning is she in this beautiful lace dress?! Jason kept me laughing the entire session even as I was being attacked by mosquitos and deer flies. Oh my goodness. Their love for each other is just precious and it’s going to overflow so beautifully onto this baby girl when she makes her arrival soon.
If you've looked at my work a lot, you've probably noticed that I really like pretty light. We chose to have Kara's maternity session on top of the mountain close to sunset time so that I could get that beautiful golden glow that I knew would pair so well with a beautiful glowing momma. When I saw the flowering bushes, I knew we were in the right place!
I am so excited for this family to welcome another addition to their family. I can't wait to meet you Allie Reese!
I LOVE connecting with new people and meeting new families. It is absolutely one of my favorite things about being a family photographer. Amy and I had connected several times online through my private Facebook group, so I really kind of felt like I knew her already before our session even began. What a pleasure it was to meet Amy in person as well as the rest of her beautiful and sweet family this weekend! I mean, come on check out that teeny little man bun! The cutest. When Amy booked her maternity session we were really hoping that we would get some snow, and our wish came true on this beautiful wintry day! I know Bentley and Thane are going to be amazing big brothers to their little sister on the way, and what a gift and precious addition she will be!
